1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing carfender.live, registering your personal vehicle configuration, or executing an application for a digital protection tier, you explicitly agree to enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms of Service. These standard rules definitively manage your active shield parameters, operational liability restrictions, service reimbursement limits, and diagnostic review claims profiles. If you do not accept these criteria in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our digital interface toolsets, purchasing policy options, or submitting automated roadside dispatch coordinates.
2. Coverage Scope & Valid Mechanics
The specific limits of your auto coverage are determined solely by the exact protection tier—Basic, Plus, or Premier—selected during configuration. All mechanical repair requests, structural component diagnoses, or hardware replacements must be processed through an active, ASE-certified mechanical facility or registered dealership terminal to ensure proper engineering compliance. CarFender reserves the right to review part invoice items, check direct repair diagnostics, or dispatch third-party vehicle inspectors prior to distributing direct provider payouts or arranging financial processing coverage for system breakdowns.
3. User Accountability & Data Accuracy
As a user of our service platform, you assume full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and validity of all metrics submitted via our input fields, including your mechanical mileage readings, manufacturing dates, and initial email records. Providing false, modified, or intentionally deceptive vehicular parameters to obtain lower price metrics constitutes a material breach of this agreement and is grounds for immediate termination of your vehicle shield without a refund. You are entirely responsible for protecting your portal login links and preventing unauthorized policy configurations by external parties.
4. Limitations of Liability & Cancellations
CarFender provides an administrative protection framework and is not liable for structural accidents, physical bodily injuries, roadside property damages, or the direct craftsmanship quality of your selected mechanic shop. In no event shall our platform, employees, or dispatch affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential vehicle losses resulting from roadside arrival delays due to bad weather or extreme traffic. Users may cancel their chosen subscription shield at any time through our digital claim interface dashboard, subject to regional processing fees or prorated calculation criteria detailed in your individual policy document.
